Terms and conditions for learners
These are the rules for using M-Pass. Read them with your parent or guardian.
1. Your account is yours
Use only your own account and keep your password secret. Tell your facilitator if you think someone else has used it.
2. Share your own work
The evidence you add must be your own work. If someone helped you, say so. It is fine to get help!
3. Be kind and stay safe
Be respectful to other learners, facilitators and Byte.
Do not share your home address, phone number or other private details in your evidence or in chats with Byte.
4. Byte is a helper
Byte gives hints and questions to help you think. Byte can make mistakes and cannot give you a level. Only your facilitator can check and verify your skills.
5. Parent or guardian consent
Learners under 18 can only use M-Pass when a parent or guardian agrees.
A parent or guardian can withdraw consent at any time by telling the facilitator or Mindset Group.
6. Your passport
Your passport shows the skills your facilitator has verified. You can share your credentials using their check link.
7. If the rules are broken
If these terms are broken, your facilitator or Mindset Group may pause your account and talk with you and your parent or guardian.
8. Changes
If these terms change, we will tell you and ask you to read them again.
